    For paddle cover orders placed through our site, spot-on-pickleball.com, we offer a 15-day hassle-free return or exchange policy.* At any time within 15-days of when you receive your paddle cover, you may submit a claim through our RETURNS PAGE for a return authorization. Of course, paddle covers that show signs of abuse cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PRODUCTS?

    We ship 5 days a week. On days 6 and 7 we are playing pickleball. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm or over the weekend will ship on Mondays. If you have any questions, please reach out to hello@spot-on-pickleball.com

  • WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

  • DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

    We currently only ship in the USA. But we’re happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Just send us a message about your shipping request at hello@spot-on-pickleball.com and we will make it happen for you.
